HVAC Estimating Software built for one-to-five-truck shops
Quote a furnace, AC, or heat pump job in about 10 minutes, send it with Good/Better/Best options, and get it signed on the customer's phone. $49 a month, no contract.
No credit card required. Cancel anytime. Technicians included.

How it works
Three steps from lead to signed estimate
The whole thing happens on your phone, in the driveway, while the customer is still interested.
- 1
Pick a template or add items from the price book
Start from a saved template for your common jobs, or build the estimate line by line from the pre-loaded HVAC price book. Add your own items, prices, and photos once and reuse them on every quote.
- 2
Send it with Good, Better, and Best options
Turn any estimate into three tiers so the customer picks a comfort level instead of a yes or no. The branded PDF and the online link go out from your phone before you leave the driveway.
- 3
The customer signs on their phone
They open the link, review the options, and approve with a typed e-signature. No account, no app to install. You get notified, and the approved estimate is ready to schedule and invoice.

What you get
Everything an HVAC estimate needs, nothing a dispatcher needs
Built around the way a small shop actually quotes work. Every feature below is in the $49 plan.
Pre-loaded HVAC price book
100+ common HVAC materials and equipment ready on day one. Add your own items, your prices, and photos so techs pick the right part every time.
Good/Better/Best on any estimate
Offer three options on a furnace swap, a heat pump install, or a repair. Customers choose the tier, and you stop leaving the upgrade on the table.
Reusable estimate templates
Save your 3-ton AC replacement, your 80% furnace changeout, and your mini split install as templates. Next quote starts 90% done.
Online approval with e-signature
The customer opens a link, reviews the estimate, and signs with a typed e-signature from their phone. Approved estimates are logged with the signature.
Sequential numbers and branded PDFs
Every estimate gets the next number in your sequence and goes out as a clean PDF with your logo, license, and terms. No more estimate 0001 twice.
Invoices from approved estimates
Once the customer signs, turn the estimate into an invoice without retyping a single line item. Send it the same way and get paid faster.
Jobs calendar and customer CRM
Schedule the approved job on the calendar and keep every customer's estimates, jobs, invoices, and notes in one record you can pull up from the truck.
Technicians included, CSV import
Add your techs at no extra charge so they can quote from the field. Import your customers and price book from a CSV to get set up in an afternoon.

Fit
Who it's for, and who it isn't for
EstimateKit does one job well. If you need a dispatch operation, you need a different tool, and we would rather tell you now.
A good fit if you are
- Owner-operators and shops running one to five trucks
- Residential HVAC: changeouts, installs, repairs, and maintenance
- Contractors quoting from Excel, paper, or a generic invoicing app
- Shops that want Good/Better/Best without building it by hand every time
- Anyone tired of paying per user or signing a 12-month contract
Not the right tool if you need
- 20-truck operations that need a dispatch board and GPS fleet tracking
- Companies that need call tracking and marketing automation in the same tool
- Multi-trade businesses that want inventory and purchase orders built in
- Commercial estimators doing takeoffs from blueprints
For a 20-truck operation, ServiceTitan or FieldEdge will serve you better. Come back if you spin off a smaller crew.

FAQ
Questions contractors ask before they sign up

$49 per month, flat. That includes unlimited estimates, invoices, the price book, templates, e-signature approvals, the jobs calendar, the customer CRM, and your technicians. There are no per-user fees, no setup fees, and no add-on modules.
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access. Build real estimates, send them to real customers, and decide at the end of the two weeks. If you do not subscribe, your account pauses and your data stays put.
No. EstimateKit is month to month. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want and you will not be billed again. There is no cancellation fee.
On any estimate you can add up to three options, each with its own line items and total. For example, a single-stage 80% furnace, a two-stage 96%, and a modulating 98% with a new thermostat. The customer sees all three on the same page and picks one when they approve. You can also save the three tiers as a template so the next furnace quote starts pre-built.
A template is a saved estimate you reuse. Set up your most common jobs once, such as a 3-ton AC replacement or a mini split install, with the line items, quantities, and options already filled in. When a new lead comes in, pick the template, adjust the quantities for that house, and send. Most contractors end up with 5 to 10 templates that cover 80% of their quotes.
You send the estimate by email. The customer opens a link in their browser, no account or app required, reviews the options and the PDF, picks a tier if there is more than one, and types their name as an e-signature. You get notified right away, and the approved estimate with the signature is stored on the customer record.
Yes. EstimateKit runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or laptop, so you can build and send an estimate from the customer's driveway. Your technicians can do the same from their own phones with their own logins.
Yes. Export your customers and your price list to CSV from Excel, QuickBooks, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or wherever they live today, then import them into EstimateKit. Customers come in with contact info and addresses, and price book items come in with your names, costs, and sell prices. Most shops finish the import in under an hour.
Yes, and they are included in the $49. Invite each tech by email, and they get their own login to build estimates, look up customers, and see the jobs calendar. You are not charged extra as your crew grows.
